Hello and Welcome Back!
I do apologize for the long delay in publishing my issue. It was to be published in June but I got sick and was hospitalized for a few days. Not to mention(but I will), I lost my eyeglasses while in the hospital. Two days after release I put in an order for a new pair and it took two weeks and one day to get them! So you see, (well I do now) I had to put off publishing.
Thank you so much for your patience with me. I value your readership and your loyal interest in the historic lives of past perfumers and their magnificent perfume creations.
After this issue of Fragrance Belles-Lettres, I am going to do things a little differently. I will be writing and posting more frequently about perfumers and perfumes from the 16Th through the 19Th centuries but it will be delivered in smaller segments not what you have been seeing me produce up to this point.
The quality and contents will still be FIRST CLASS! but do to so many new fragrances and re-creations of them, I want to stay current but ALWAYS acknowledge the historic legends and how these perfume creations came to be.
Secondly, I am doing more research on a book I am currently in the midst of writing. This research will take time and with a busy lifestyle which includes a husband and two small children, you can understand this will be a challenge, but a challenge that is well worth it.
So, I hope you will enjoy my new venture with Fragrance Belles-Lettres!
